Billy Strings.....the real act here!

Drove from KC, Mo to see this Valentines Day show in Asheville, NC because we are huge fans of Billy Strings. We saw him getting his start in Traverse City, Michigan. Saw him right after his latest record release, HOME, in Seattle, where my daughter lives. Great show every time! Did not disappoint! The show on Friday was so great, we went ahead and saw the Saturday show, too, which was even better! There was a great opening act, then BILLY STRINGS, we saw a little bit of Billy walk on to play w/Umphrey's McGee, but this wasn't our kind of music, so left early to go see live music elsewhere. Billy Strings and his talented band will be the headliners in the near future. OH! And they just won their first Grammy for best Bluegrass record! I knew it would happen...such genuine talent!!
